Our Women’s Empowerment and Vision Board Party was Zawadi’s first program and is now celebrating its 13th year. This signature event is designed to inspire and empower women by helping them gain clarity, direction, and purpose as they organize and develop their personal and professional lives. The program promotes self-love and self-care through motivational speakers, expert panel discussions, and wellness-centered activities such as yoga, sound baths, and therapeutic massages.
Guests also participate in a product swap, where attendees exchange gently used clothing and household items. A dinner is served as participants create their vision boards and continue engaging in this uplifting, transformative experience.
The event has helped hundreds of women establish structure, clarity, and stronger mental well-being in their lives.

During Women’s History Month, Zawadi Troop 3246 hosts an elegant Women’s Tea Party featuring a curated tea tasting of unique blends, complemented by desserts and assorted tea sandwiches. The event honors outstanding women leaders and includes a fashion show presented by the Girl Scouts. An all-male serving crew adds a special touch as they cater to the guests throughout the celebration. This festive and uplifting gathering offers a memorable experience for all who attend.
